U-Boot Recovery for Windows

U-Boot recovery is a supervised support procedure.

2. Confirm the firmware image and checksum.
3. Use a Windows machine on the same network as the router.
4. Follow the model-specific recovery timing.
5. Verify boot, management access, setup state, VPN state, and firmware version.
