Amazon Router Claim

Use this page for Amazon-sold router claim flows.

1. Install and power on the router.
2. Connect to the router network.
3. Open the setup page.
4. Enter the SpiderVPN account email.
5. Complete claim and location selection.
6. Confirm the account shows the claimed router.

If claim fails, support should verify account status, order entitlement, and router identity before asking the customer to reset.
