How to Submit a Bug

When reporting a SpiderVPN bug, include:

• Product: app, router, checkout, or account.
• Device model and OS version.
• SpiderVPN app or firmware version.
• Steps to reproduce.
• Expected result.
• Actual result.
• Screenshot, video, or logs when possible.

Do not include passwords, private keys, payment details, or full VPN configuration secrets.
