How to Upgrade the Firmware

1. Back up the current router configuration.
2. Confirm the target firmware version and checksum.
3. Upload or select the firmware from the router dashboard.
4. Start the upgrade and keep power connected.
5. Wait for the router to reboot.
6. Verify firmware version, setup state, VPN tunnel, WAN, DNS, and management access.

Support should not bulk-upgrade customer routers. Upgrade one router at a time with a rollback plan.
